What We Look For in You:
✔️ HR as Strategy, Not Just Administration – Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in HR, Organisational Psychology, Law, or Social Sciences.
✔️ Multi-Disciplinary Experience – A background in consulting, talent management, or strategic HR roles is preferred.
✔️ Analytical & Problem-Solving Acumen – A data-driven, evidence-based approach to HR decision-making.
