Job Description

Assessing the quality of all coffee coming in and going out
Maintaining proper records of all quality analysis reports
Update and follow-up all data samples sent to clients
Make sure coffee meets expected standards all the way through the processing and warehousing chain
Help the trade department selecting lots in line with client’s specs
Liaise with UCDA officials to ensure the exported coffee meet their standards
Update the quality department SOP
