Context & Environment
As the Affiliate is in a period of major transformation (reorganizations, etc.) linked to its business and production prospects, it is imperative to support managers in managing their workforce and their payroll, to simplify, industrialize and digitize HR process, and ensure efficient and optimized management of tools and HRIS. The context requires that all possible cost optimizations can be identified, proposed and implemented. Additionally, there is need for a high level of skill and experience in expatriate administration and management with special focus on an understanding of and ability to implement the Total Energies international mobility framework.
Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Social Sciences, Law or Business-related field
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the Human Resource profession, specifically in relation to HR Operations management, Compensation and Benefits management and Expatriation Administration.
- Working knowledge of French is an added advantage
