Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Promote products or services, explain offerings, and persuade customers to take action.
- Identify and qualify leads from cold or warm databases.
- Answer incoming calls from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and customer details in the CRM or calling system.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Confidence and a persuasive speaking style.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
- Patience and the ability to handle rejections professionally.
- Time management and ability to meet calling targets or quotas
