Qualifications: Degree in software Eng. / IT/Office computing / BSc computer Science
Experience: 5 years plus
Responsibilities:
ï‚· Should create a comprehensive strategy for integrating digital technologies (automation) into production
operations
ï‚· Ensuring seamless integration of new digital systems with other operational technologies
ï‚· Align digital initiatives with overall business goals, such as improving production efficiency, reducing
costs, and increasing competitiveness
ï‚· Should Implement data collection and analysis tools like sensors, IoT devices, and ERP systems to
gather real-time information on machinery and operations
ï‚· Ensure seamless integration of various digital tools, systems, and platforms to avoid data silos and
maintain an efficient workflow
ï‚· Manage regular risk assessments and implement security monitoring tools
ï‚· Drive energy efficiency initiatives using digital tools to monitor and control resource consumption
(energy, water, raw materials).
ï‚· Use digital technologies to reduce waste and optimize the entire production cycle for sustainability goals
ï‚· Ensure that employees at all levels are trained to use digital tools and platforms effectively
ï‚· Stay updated on the latest trends and emerging technologies, such as AI-driven process optimization,
additive manufacturing (3D printing), and digital twins.
ï‚· Continuously evaluate and implement innovative technologies to improve production processes and
customer satisfaction
 Assisting the IT in the overall maintenance and repair of the organisation’s network
ï‚· Configuring network drivers.
ï‚· Troubleshooting network connection issues on various equipment and computers
ï‚· Must wear PPE and adhere to all safety rules
ï‚· To understand, Implement and maintain all ISO systems in the company.
ï‚· Perform any other duties as they may be assigned
Authority:
1. Reports to the Chief Finance Officer
Interfaces: (titles of people you deal with, e.g. from other departments, sections, customers)
ï‚· All heads of departments
ï‚· All company
Health, Safety and Environmental responsibilities and Ethics:
ï‚· Ensure cleanliness in and around the workplace.
ï‚· Enforce PPE usage by employees in the plant at all times.
ï‚· Guidance and on-the job training of workers especially new ones in good environmental maintenance
and safer working procedures in order to reduce occupational accidents.
ï‚· Assist management to identify resources required to improve EHS in the company.
ï‚· Ensure good housekeeping in the plant i.e. immediate cleaning of coolants and oil spillages, emptying of
waste bins, shift of scrap from respective workplace.
ï‚· Ensure proper use of waste bins and their availability at the designated respective locations in the plant
ï‚· Assist in taking corrective actions for any EHS deficiencies identified during audits or day to day
observations


ï‚· Help casualties get immediate medical attention and also work closely with HR and systems coordinator
during accidents/incident investigations
ï‚· Facilitate security of company staff and property.
ï‚· Promote health and safety at the workplace.
ï‚· Encourage teamwork for the purpose of a smooth and prosperous management
ï‚· Help create a culture and atmosphere of hard work and high personal integrity.
ï‚· Safeguard the company's systems and Terms and Conditions of employment
