What you’ll do
- Own branch performance and deliver monthly disbursement and collection targets
- Oversee end-to-end lending: customer applications, verification, approvals, disbursements, and collections
- Prevent fraud and ensure full adherence to SOPs and customer protection standards
- Lead and coach your team, solve operational issues, and keep service quality high
- Build strong relationships with customers and local partners, and share market insights with management
- Handle core admin tasks: reporting, filing, procurement, and inventory management
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience driving sales and collections in a financial services or field-operations setting
- Proven team leadership and problem-solving skills
