Job Details:

The Showroom Attendant will provide professional customer support, guide customers in selecting home appliances, and ensure the showroom is well-maintained. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to help increase sales and brand loyalty.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement & Sales Support.
  • Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits of appliances.
  • Demonstrate product functionality and answer customer inquiries.
  • Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions based on their requirements.
  1. Showroom Maintenance & Merchandising.
  • Ensure appliances are properly displayed, clean, and in working condition.
  • Arrange products and promotional materials in an attractive and organized manner.
  • Maintain accurate price tags and promotional signage.
  • Assist in restocking showroom displays as needed.
  1. Sales Processing & Documentation.
  • Assist customers with order processing and invoicing.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Maintain records of customer inquiries and feedback for future follow-ups.
  1. Customer Service & Follow-Up.
  • Address customer concerns and escalate any issues to management if necessary.
  • Follow up with customers regarding product satisfaction and additional support needs.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude to enhance the showroom experience


Experience and Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or home appliances.
  • Strong knowledge of home appliances and their features.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate and explain product benefits effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales documentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
