Job Details:
The Showroom Attendant will provide professional customer support, guide customers in selecting home appliances, and ensure the showroom is well-maintained. This role requires strong product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach to help increase sales and brand loyalty.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement & Sales Support.
- Greet and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits of appliances.
- Demonstrate product functionality and answer customer inquiries.
- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions based on their requirements.
- Showroom Maintenance & Merchandising.
- Ensure appliances are properly displayed, clean, and in working condition.
- Arrange products and promotional materials in an attractive and organized manner.
- Maintain accurate price tags and promotional signage.
- Assist in restocking showroom displays as needed.
- Sales Processing & Documentation.
- Assist customers with order processing and invoicing.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain records of customer inquiries and feedback for future follow-ups.
- Customer Service & Follow-Up.
- Address customer concerns and escalate any issues to management if necessary.
- Follow up with customers regarding product satisfaction and additional support needs.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude to enhance the showroom experience
Experience and Qualifications:
- Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics or home appliances.
- Strong knowledge of home appliances and their features.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate and explain product benefits effectively.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and sales documentation.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
