Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ICT procedures and forms.
- Design modern ICT solutions.
- Ensure compliance with ICT policies.
- Maintain system infrastructure and end-user devices.
- Manage inventory and asset tracking.
- Provide first-line IT support and troubleshoot network issues.
- Collaborate with users for system enhancements.
- Oversee external suppliers and ICT training programs.
- Prepare periodic reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in ICT or Computer Science.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputable organization.
- Industry certification (CISCO, Microsoft, or Oracle).
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Team player, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
