LOCATION: Call Centre – Head Office

Personal Skills and Qualifications:

  • Should have a Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or Business Administration.
  • Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy & Positive attitude
  • Problem solving Skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is not a Must, but an added advantage
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Content creation, editing & Originality
  • A strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Creative in solution finding and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Officer (03)

The person should be in position to:

  • Answer and handle large volumes of inbound calls
  • Handle customer queries & complaints
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback
  • Develop / document knowledge & content
  • Generate sales leads
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Any other responsibilities as need may arise

2. Call Centre Sales Agent

The person should be in position to;

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products and services
  • Manage Leads with the goal of generating sales through conversion
  • Collect customer Feedback and share it with management for product and service improvement
  • Achieve the agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Understand customer needs and requirements in order to provide a tailored solution
  • Work closely with the Field Sales Team to develop strategies and streamline sales processes


Languages Preferred:

English & Luganda (A Must). Any additional languages like Runyakitara, Lukhonzo, Lango, Acholi & West Nile will be an added advantage

Areas of Residence

The ideal candidate must be residing in areas around Kampala District
