Job Summary
The Telehandler Operator is responsible for operating telehandlers to move materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and construction sites.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Operate telehandlers to move materials.
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies from trucks or other vehicles.
• Transport materials to designated areas using forks, booms, or other attachments.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on the telehandler.
• Ensure the telehandler is kept clean and in good working condition.
• Follow site safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE.
• Communicate with site supervisors and team members to coordinate tasks.
• Identify and report any operational issues or hazards to the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating Telehandler machines
• Valid Operators License for Heavy machinery
• Proficiency in operating telehandlers and understanding their attachments.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with team members.
• Commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
