Job Purpose
The DFS Audit Supervisor is responsible for examining the integrity, confidentiality, availability, and compliance of PostBank’s Digital Financial Services (DFS) and ICT applications, systems, and processes. The role includes reporting findings, identifying deviations, and advising management on corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic/Financial Duties
o Plan, supervise, and execute audits of Digital Financial Services (DFS) and ICT systems, including risk assessments and reporting.
o Contribute to the Internal Audit quality improvement program in line with Global Internal Audit standards.
o Assess internal controls, risks, and operational effectiveness of DFS products and ICT systems.
o Design and execute audit tests for IT risks to meet audit objectives.
o Input into the annual Information Systems audit plan.
o Lead and develop a team of audit professionals, providing guidance and feedback.
o Collaborate with management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies to address and implement audit findings.
o Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and risks in Digital Financial Services.
o Prepare timely, high-quality audit reports.
o Review regulatory returns related to DFS.
o Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications, Experience, and Competencies
1. Academic and Professional Qualifications
o Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems/Technology, or related field.
o Professional certifications (completed) in one of the following: CISA, ISO 27001, CISSP, CEH, CHFI, CISM.
2. Experience
o At least 5 years conducting risk-based audits in IS Audit/IS Risk/IS Security/Computer Forensics in the DFS industry.
3. Technical Skills
o Advanced knowledge in networks and databases (Oracle and MS SQL).
o Familiarity with Power BI and/or Teammate Audit Systems is an added advantage.
4. Other Skills
o Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
o Good relationship management and report-writing abilities.
o High professional integrity.
