• Head Office, Forest Mall Lugogo, Kampala, Uganda
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze loan proposals in line with Yako Bank’s policies.
• Evaluate clients’ credit data and financial status.
• Perform risk analysis, credit rating, and profiling.
• Prepare and present loan proposals for approval.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Identify weaknesses and provide training or corrective actions.
• Maintain fast turnaround times (TAT) and prepare updates.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Credit Supervisor in banking or microfinance.
• Proficiency in communication, collaboration, analytics, and organization.
• Integrity, business acumen, and ability to align work with strategic goals.
