Job purpose
To ensure all customer vehicles are effectively fixed right the first time for achievement of sales services revenue and through-put targets and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
• Accurate identification of vehicle faults, parts, their proper fitment and repairs accordingly.
• Timely and accurate preparation and submission of defect reports to Supervisor.
• Pre delivery inspection of all new vehicles prior for delivery.
• Routine maintenance work aiming at vehicle functionality and longevity.
• Adhere to standards with regards to customer vehicle handling and tools.
• Provide quality workmanship by fixing customer vehicles right the first time and avoid repeat jobs.
Educational and Experiential requirements
• Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or Advanced Motor vehicle certificate
• 2 years' experience in a similar role.
• Valid driver's license with competence in automatic and manual transmission.
