Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing legal advice and representation to the company.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents.
• Negotiating contracts and agreements.
• Representing the company in legal proceedings.
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Staying up-to-date on legal developments.
Required Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree and a license to practice law.
• 20 years of experience practicing law, preferably in real estate or construction law.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and regulations.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Proven track record of successful legal representation.
