Job Details:
Key Responsibilities:
• Overseeing engineering operations for real estate projects.
• Ensuring compliance with engineering standards and regulations.
• Managing engineering teams and projects.
• Developing and implementing engineering strategies.
• Providing technical expertise and support.
• Coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Managing engineering budgets and resources.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
• 20 years of work experience in engineering, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
• Strong technical knowledge and expertise.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Proven track record of successful engineering projects.
