Job Details:
A boutique hotel in Kampala is looking for an HR manager to handle all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll and compliance with labor laws.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Ugandan labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record in managing HR operations.
• Ability to handle confidential
• information.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
