Duties and Responsibilities:
• Solve Radio problems efficiently, effectively & independently
• Solve Environment problems efficiently, effectively & independently
• Identify, report defects/nonconformities in sites & to take the initiative to solve the problem
• Minimize unjustified delays & escalation of alarms. None due to personal or competency reasons
• Meet response time deadlines in accordance with contractual deadlines
• Contribute & continuously improve the quality performance indicators for the zone & for the department.
• To execute Preventive Maintenance effectively to BTS sites, BSC sites & Switches in accordance with client maintenance procedures to reach the best condition
• Maintain sites to the recommended industry & quality standards & codes of practice
• To troubleshoot, repair & maintain all types of BTS sites with manufacturer's operation & maintenance
• To troubleshoot, repair & maintain all types of MW, in accordance with manufacturer's operation & maintenance
• To troubleshoot, repair & maintain Rectifiers, Power Systems (its connection up to the power meter and batteries), distribution panel, etc. in accordance with manufacturer's operation & maintenance manuals
• To troubleshoot, repair & maintain Generators in accordance with manufacturer's operation & maintenance
• To troubleshoot, repair & maintain A/C's Systems in accordance with manufacturer's operation & maintenance
• And any other direct responsibilities
Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Telecommunications Engineering
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in related field
