B JOB DESCRIPTION
B1 Overall purpose of the job.
Brief description:
The Instrument Technician – Condition Monitoring is the guardian of our sugar factory and cogeneration plant’s equipment health. You’ll use specialized tools and techniques to measure equipment parameters, analyze the data to identify potential problems, and generate reports with recommendations. A Bachelor’s degree in Science and Technology (Physics) or a relevant Engineering Diploma with experience in condition monitoring is required, along with strong computer, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
Key Responsibilities
• To measure and monitor the condition monitoring parameters in various equipment in the sugar factory and Cogen plant.
• To maintain and prepare the Condition monitoring analysis report as per the standards.
C Knowledge, qualifications & Experience
C1.1 Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science and technology (physics)/Diploma holder in Electrical, Electronics and Telecom Engineering.
C1.2 Experience, Skills and Competences:
• Minimum of 1 year for Degree holders and 3 years for Diploma holders in condition monitoring with good knowledge in Computer and analytical skills. Honest, mature, team player, self-starting initiative, assertiveness, presence, flexibility persistence and consistency.
