1) Job Objective:
• The Head of ICT & Business Technology will provide leadership and strategic direction for the bank's IT department.
• Drive the implementation of a robust digital strategy.
2) Digital Strategy Execution:
• Execute a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the bank's overall business objectives.
• Identify market trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement of digital banking services.
• Collaborate with senior management and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective integration of digital initiatives across the organization.
