About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client COSL, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Senior TCP Engineer A to work in Uganda.
Primary Function：
• Master wire-line perforation and TCP technology, SBT operation procedure, gun-loading sheet, TCP Guns BHA, Shear Pin Calculation, maintenance and check calibration of down-hole tools complete the collection and filling of field data files.
Key roles and responsibilities
• Inspect and measure all CONTRACTOR’s EQUIPMENT before and after runs. Inspect the size of TCP guns. Prepare for all the related explosive for the guns, Make sure the explosive materials are enough
• Check the logging equipment and make sure everything are in good condition (i.e. the logging engine, the surface panel, hoist-man panel, tension, depth encoder, speaker, etc)..
• Achieve the gun-loading sheet , TCP tool-string and Perform loading the guns.
• Be responsible for arranging and organizing the training and training of employee
• The Senior TCP Engineer should attend the job program writing and discuss the detailed things with customer.
• Assist Contractor Site Representative in developing plan, equipment management and technology research.
• Other duties assigned by superior.
Mandatory Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering.
• Familiar with TCP equipment, SBT operation procedure, gun-loading sheet , TCP Guns BHA, Shear Pin Calculation, E-line perforation , and complete the collection and filling of field data files.
• Have a minimum of eight (8) years in a TCP engineer position.
• Understand COSL management policy and relevant business knowledge.
• Possesses a “Bachelor of Sciences”. or equivalent, preferably in Geology.
• Computer and document processing skills required for the job.
• Knowledge and experience of well-completion.
• Familiar with the relevant management system implemented by this position.
• Familiar with relevant national policies, laws and regulations to be implemented by this position.
