Key Skills / special skills required for the position:
• Knowledge of Hammer milling plant operation.
• Positive attitude, team player, and a willingness to 'go the extra mile'.
• Willingness to work floating or alternating shifts should the need arise;
• Ability to work unsupervised while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials, production processes and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
• Operation Monitoring - Watching gauges, dials, motor load, milling load or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly.
• Operation and Control-Controlling operations ofequipment or systems.
• Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
• Troubleshooting - Determining causes of operating errors and deciding what to do about it
• Works within clearly defined standard operations procedures and or scientific methods and adheres to quality.
• Advanced critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
• High attention to detail, especially to quality standards and compliance systems
• Basic computer operation and data entry skills
