Reporting to Plumbing Supervisor, the Successful Candidate Will;
Key Result Areas:
• Install, repair, and maintain chilled water, steam, heat, water, drainage, sewage, and other plumbing systems.
• Inspect joints, valves, pumps, boilers, heaters, sinks, tanks, valves, and other plumbing system components to locate malfunctions, and make repairs or replacements when necessary.
• Prepare daily activity reports for submission to the Plumbing Supervisor.
• Performs preventative maintenance work as required.
• Any other duties assigned by the Plumbing Supervisor

Educational Qualifications and Experience
• Craft certificate in plumbing from a recognized institution.
• 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Skills & Professional Attributes Required
• Must be good at application of creativity and innovative skills in managing projects.
• Should have good analyzing skills as well.
• Skill in the installation, repair and maintenance of all types of plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of the mechanical operation of equipment such as pumps, boilers, heaters, and other plumbing components.
• Should be a problem – solver and be able to grasp the problem at hand and take quick steps to resolve it.
• Ability to develop, formulate strategy and exercise good judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
