Job Description
Job dimensions
• Provision of direct Information Technology (IT) support to over 200 computer users at head office and at the various remote depots.
• Maintenance of infrastructure servers, computers, phones, printers, scanners, photocopiers and the access control & CCTV system.
• Setup, install, configuration, maintenance and administration of Vision Main infrastructure.
• Administration of the local area network, wide area network, Switches and Routers troubleshooting & maintenance.

Activities
• Assist in administration of Infrastructure servers and ensuring that they are always available.
• Making sure all work stations have up to date software. #
• Assist in printing of Identity Cards for staff.
• Assist in administration of the access control & CCTV system.
• Assist users in troubleshooting and fix the Exchange/Outlook emailing system issues.
• Assist IT SECTION in the documentation, filing of IT activities Ensure a secure IT system.
• Troubleshoot the local and the wide area networks and Internet.
• Troubleshoot the telephony system (Cisco CME), user telephone extension lines & calling issues.
• Troubleshoot, fix printer and photocopier issues, install toner and ensuring they are always up.
• Assist in routine backup, anti-virus, Windows updates checks; IT incidents capture & reporting

Candidate profile
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. (Physics & Mathematics at A-Level preferred advantage)
• Previous training and experience in Information Communication Technology.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• High level of Integrity.
• Previous training or experience with the Microsoft Windows Environments (server and client).
• Previous training and experience with a TCP/IP network, Telecommunication equipment, routers, Switches, PBX.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
