JOB DESCRIPTION:
REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:
a. Responsible to : Database Administrator
b. Responsible for : None
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Ensure efficient and effective data management system.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor performance and control access permissions and privileges.
2. Implement data security, storage, archiving and backup recovery.
3. Participate in writing, developing or modifying databases.
4. Administer, test and implement new or modified systems/databases.
5. Monitor performance and control access permissions and privileges.
6. Document and monitor operational, security and maintenance procedures.
7. Support the data collection process
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, or any other related field.
Experience:
1. At least two years experience in a similar position, preferably a banking industry..
