Main Purpose Of The Job:
Responsible for maintaining all properties and premises of Pride and carry out all necessary repairs and maintenance work.

Duties And Responsibilities
• Maintain Pride’s premises in line with the business needs.
• Verify that all premises have tenancy agreements and foster good relationships with landlords for all Pride’s premises.
• Proper Maintenance of office equipment.
• Monitor performance of service providers.
• 5 Ensure the availability of adequate space for work.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building & Construction or any other related field.
• Post Graduate Diploma in A post graduate diploma in project management OR construction management from a recognized institution.
Accreditation as a Facility Management Professional is an added advantage (desirable).
• Two Principal passes at A ‘Level.
• Credits in Mathematics and English at O’ Level.
• Experience:
• At least three years’ experience in building and infrastructure systems, tools, equipment maintenance and repairs and managing/supervising contracts.
