Job Purpose:
Responsible for supporting the Director Disaster Risk Management by supervising and management of the URCS Emergency Preparedness and Response programming, ensuring the establishment and successful implementation of high-quality programs serving the most vulnerable. He/She will lead the Emergency Preparedness and Response Unit of the National Society as well as coordinating the Uganda Red Cross Society- Government of Uganda project collaboration on Emergency Preparedness and Response
