Minimum Qualification
Applicants should be Ugandans in possession of an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Law plus a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from a recognized University / Institution.

Duties
The incumbent will be responsible to the Senior Registrar of Titles for performing the following duties:-
• Researching on and drafting reports on the impact of land registration on the operations of the Land Markets and activities of Estates Agents and Administrators of estates of deceased persons;
• Drafting informative materials on land rights and obligations;
• Providing technical support and guidance on land management to Registered Trustees;
• Providing technical support in implementation of capacity building initiatives of District Land Board and other land holding entities;
• Sensitizing the public on land rights and duties;
• Drafting Court Papers and supporting Court appearances;
• Drafting conveyances;
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
