Job Details:
The position holder will take part in management of the procurement and disposal function of Mildmay Uganda; and provide technical assistance to Heads of sections, Divisions, Directorates and any dully appointed Procurement Committee(s) on Procurement and disposal matters.
Qualifications
• Bachelor of Procurement and Logistics Management Or Bachelor of commerce, Business Administration or any other business related field with Post graduate Diploma in Procurement & supply management
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in the field of Procurement and Supply chain management in a fairly large organization, preferably donor funded; plus knowledge of Procurement Planning, Budgeting, and Contract management.
• Full knowledge of accounting packages preferably Navision is an added advantage
• Membership of CIPS and is an added advantage
