Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Own and exceed revenue targets (direct and indirect) in your assigned territory
  • Manage your pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Build long-term, trusted relationships with customers and partners by deeply understanding their business, challenges, and plans
  • Identify and drive upsell opportunities within the install base
  • Work closely with Oracle’s SaaS sales teams to position hybrid solutions and support cloud transformation initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience selling Oracle’s on-premise apps: EBS, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to build lasting customer and partner relationships
  • Passion for technology and sales, with the confidence to lead strategic conversations
  • Curiosity and self-motivation to grow in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
