Job Details:
• The role holder is responsible for monitoring and reporting of Departmental HSEQ KPIs, training members of the Retail &Marketing Department as well as network personnel in addition to coordinating recruitment of dealers on the network.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Monitor and report on the Department’s Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) objectives.
• Monitor network performance on product quality & implementation of station invariants program, electrical audits, interceptor cleaning, used oil collection and security assessments.
• Coordinate the closure of any actions arising out of deviations from the HSEQ objectives.
• Develop training plan for the entire network and implement the training plan.
• Ensure safety champions on the network have been trained.
• Follow up trainings of dealers and station personnel in liaison with RTEs, HSEQ, SFS and other commercial departments.
• Ensure network dealer seminars are organized and occur as per plan.
• Ensure monthly top service challenge is completed by all stations.
• Responsible for induction & training programs of new Retail Territory Executives, SFS staff & Dealers. Dealer recruitment and selection
• Through engagement with the network team, identify recruitment needs and posts vacancies on company web portal.
• Develop a recruitment/sourcing plan to attract a diverse & qualified applicant pool.
• Find and evaluate candidates; this includes & is not limited to the identification of candidates for interviews and coordination of the interview process to completion.
• Responsible for implementation of the station management training program as per the young dealer policy.
