Responsibilities
Accounts and Admin Officer
• Maintaining petty cash
• Updating accounting system
• Debt management
• Preparation of bank reconciliations
• Support audit work
• Preparation of invoicing and receipting
• Support in procurement
• Support in HR.
• Managing of office admin function; cleaning, office supplies tracking and security
• Experience required
• Accounting experience
• Admin experience
• Good communication, reporting skills and positive attitude
• A self-starter, self-motivated and works under minimum supervision
• Computer literacy in MS Office and Excel
