Job Details:
Your responsibilities
- Manage and support company-wide IT systems including servers, networks, and business applications.
- Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity across all platforms.
- Respond to escalated IT issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead implementation of new hardware, software, and network systems.
- Coordinate IT support across departments and guide junior IT staff.
- Maintain and enforce IT security protocols, backups, and disaster recovery plans.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, licensing requirements, and data regulations.
- Document IT procedures, configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements for systems, tools, and workflows.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in IT operations or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud services, data security, and server management.
- Proficient in Windows and/or Linux environments, virtualization, and backup solutions.
- Familiar with firewalls, antivirus tools, Active Directory, and Office 365 administration.
- Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Experience in cybersecurity and compliance standards
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or Cisco (CCNA/CCNP).
- Experience with ITIL framework or ITSM platforms.
- High level of personal integrity and empathy.
