Job Details:
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for safety inspection, maintenance and repair of Anti-corrosion equipment, Anti-corrosion materials, etc.
2. Responsible for Anti-corrosion in line with the engineering procedures/specifications.
3. Make sure installation is done per drawings, specifications, procedures as well as project design documentation.
4. Abide with the QAQC /HSSE regulations.
5. Responsible in ensuring proper thickness and filling of insulation.
6. Responsible for sequencing and scheduling of work fronts.
7. Interface with QA/QC to address quality issue
Requirements
1. At least 7 years’ experience in Anti-corrosion long distance oil and gas pipelines.
2. Familiar with the company’s various pipe network layout, pipeline pressure and equipment operations.
3. Be familiar with various tools used in the corrosion protection process.
4. Possession of anti-corrosion certification is desirable otherwise anti concision pipeline experience is preferred.
Knowledge
1. Have the necessary safety technical knowledge and skills.
2. Knowledge of materials: base material Anti-corrosion material composition and selection method.
3. Knowledge of corrosion
