Job Details:
Responsibilities:
1. Implement the guidelines, policies, laws, regulations and regulations on health, safety and environmental management, master the relevant requirements of HSSE in the project contract terms and implement them according to the requirements.
2. Responsible for the continuous improvement and implementation of the HSSE management system.
3. Responsible for the preparation of project related work documents.
4. Responsible for reviewing whether the project contractor’s corporate qualifications, personnel qualifications and other relevant qualifications meet the relevant requirements of HSSE.
5. Responsible for organizing the identification and evaluation of major hazards, formulate control measures and emergency plans, and regularly inspect and implement them.
6. Carry out HSSE supervision on the project and follow up and rectify the problems of supervision and inspection.
7. Organize safety knowledge education and safety training for special types of work.
8. Responsible for the report work of safety production
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in engineering management.
2. Hold Nebosh IGC certificate.
3. At least 10 years related to H3SE experience in pipeline construction.
4. Familar with ISO 45001, 14001 and OSHA 18001, able to build a H3SE Management System suitable to Company and project.
5. Able to compile H3SE procedures as required and have strong ability to do risk assessment and risk control regarding to high risk activities.(eg. pipeline construction, work on high voltage line, pressure test, etc.)
6. Experience in multinational company is preferred.
7. Experience in environment and social management is preferred.
8. Familiar with H3SE standards used in Oil and Gas industry.
9. Familiar with Microsoft Office.
10. Healthy and diligent and strong interpersonal skills.
