Location: In Uganda
Job Details:
Ensure successful and efficient implementation of the project, provide technical expertise, oversee field activities, and lead field team.
Key qualification:
• A post-graduate degree in agriculture, social sciences, or relevant field
• Post graduate qualification in M&E desirable.
Experience required:
• 5+ years of experience in project management in the field of international development
• An expert in at least two of HRNS’s core topics such as rural livelihoods, climate-smart agriculture, equality and inclusion, youth empowerment, organizational development
Knowledge and practical experience in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) at all stages of the project management cycle
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Ideally, worked in the context of multi-stakeholder partnerships across different sectors.
