• To ensure that all defense suits are attended to in a professional manner by liaising with UAP’S external Advocates to ensure witnesses, documents and settlement opinions are quality and are available in time
• Establish that all third party recovery matters are identified.
• Monitor that demand letters are issued immediately a vehicle is repaired.
• Determine that lawyers are promptly instructed where negotiations have failed
